I don’t tend to ever write reviews but feel as though this is warranted after spending the last 2 hours on the phone with what could had been an easily solvable fix. Called this location for a product I had heard was available, asked if they could ship to another closer location, they couldn’t and could only ship directly to home. No prob. They have a “new” policy where they don’t take credit card numbers to ship and only can via their gift card program. Fine sure whatever. I make sure to get a quoted amount for the product so that I can buy the gift card for it specifically. Was quoted that $50 would be suffice and cover $6 delivery fee. Hang up and will call the store back with this info once complete. Card purchased for $50, call back the store to which the price has no changed to like $51.96 (tax). I say I was quoted under that and that my card is only for $50 - had they taken credit cards no problem but now that I have to go back and have to purchase another gift card is ridiculous. I ask if they can make an exception based on the error of the rep who took the call but they won’t assist. So I have this gift card now I no longer require and out the $. Their customer service is nonsense (at this store) and have no idea how to diffuse and rectify an easy solve.

I have always received good service at most banana republic store and a few times at this one too. But today I received the worst customer service from the cashier she was rude and called me ‘fraud ‘. She refuses to give me information and when I asked for name she rudely said I don’t have to give it you. when I brought it to the manager she said it was probably miscommunication between the two of us (cashier and me). Cashier completely denied saying the word fraud and when I asked if there are cameras with microphone they both laughed and then cashier said I don’t say it in this content. So she kept changing her story. Manager did not take any accountability. No one apologized. THE WORST SERVICE!!!!

Very bad experience here. The two ladies at the cashier desk were very rude, and go out of their way to embarrass their customers rather than handle things in a professional manner. The one thing customer service reps. should do is ensure they are kind, because giving people a good experience is honestly the one way they can go above and beyond. If you don't want to do that, stay in the back or get a stay at home job.

We have come to this location several times and have been nothing but happy - clothes are beautiful and wonderful priced. Yesterday during our visit was had terrible customer service. We visited in the evening and the staff on the counter were incredibly rude. I had found a dress I liked, that was only available on the rack in a size too large - but the size on the mannequin was the proper size. When I asked to try it on, the girl at the counter rudely told me that it was against policy to take the clothing off the mannequins. I questioned why they were unable to sell them and was told "it's just policy - if you want a manager they will just tell you the same thing". We then asked if they were able to call another location to see if it was in stock, and again were responded to with "we're not allowed to call other locations - you have to do it yourself". Having called the other location, the staff (two I spoke to) were incredibly friendly and helpful. This location needs more customer service training!

I was there about 2 weeks ago. The collection and sizes were complete. The staff were friendly and nice. I was with my family and a Persian lady named Susan/Suzan helped us. She was super helpful, knowledgeable about their products and had a great passion for matching items and finding the right products for us. She was super patient, and not pushy at all. Loved shopping at Banana Republic more than ever. Highly recommended!

Great selection. Great quality clothing. Great prices. The sales associates made suggestions for me when I mentioned I needed a jacket to wear with a dress. The manager was also a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great experience at this place. All tha staff were friendly especially Susan who helped us mix and match styles. She is an instant stylist. She was very helpful and friendly.
